Job Description
Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc. is seeking an energetic, team-oriented professional to join their team in the IDD Residential Services Division as a Program Specialist - Life Sharing. The role is responsible for planning, implementation and supervision of the IDD Life Sharing program, managing financial stability, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field
- 2+ years of managerial/supervisory experience
- 2+ years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Computer knowledge
- Valid PA Driver's License
- PA Criminal History Clearance
- PA Motor Vehicle Record Check
- FBI Clearance (if not a resident of PA for the past 2 years)
- Pre-employment Drug Screen
