Job Description
ThriftBooks is the world's largest used book retailer, and we're looking for an Operations Manager to lead our 2nd shift warehouse team. As an Operations Manager, you'll drive continuous improvement, monitor production reports, and lead a team to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
Requirements
- At least five years of supervisory warehouse experience leading a team of 100 plus
- Previous experience managing P&L, implementing and enforcing safety protocols, and creating a 'Customer First' environment
- Highly reliable and responsible, with excellent attendance and a proven ability to drive team to meet goals and metrics
- Positive and respectful attitude, with ability to lead a team to do the same
- Willingness to be coached and given feedback to become their best self
