Thrive is a rapidly growing technology solutions provider looking for a Client Support Engineer to provide technical customer support and troubleshoot computer-related problems in a call center environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience providing end-user support for current PC desktop and application software
- 5+ years of experience installing, upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing personal computers in a corporate networked environment
- 2+ years of experience providing support for an enterprise level userbase in either the legal or financial services industry
