Client Support Engineer 1 role at Thrive, a rapidly growing technology solutions provider, working 5 days a week from Fairfax office, responsible for implementation, integration and support of computer systems in a mission critical response operations environment.

Requirements

• Some college or equivalent experience; technical coursework
• Entry level with some prior experience providing technical support in a business environment.
• Windows OS experience
• Hands on and practical knowledge of networks and computer systems.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills with customers and peers; tactful and effective customer communications.
• Strong team player
• Ability and willingness to evaluate and learn new technologies and apply them effectively.
