Executive Vice President, Product

Thrive is seeking an Executive Vice President of Product to lead the company's end-to-end product and platform strategy. The successful candidate will define and execute Thrive's product vision, transform a multi-acquisition services portfolio into a standardized, repeatable, high-margin platform, and drive clarity in packaging, pricing, and roadmap prioritization.

Requirements

• 15+ years in product leadership
• 7+ years in senior strategic leadership roles within managed services, SaaS, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms
• Experience scaling multi-entity or acquisition-driven platforms
• Demonstrated success in creating clear product strategies, roadmaps, and investment cases
• Proven track record of improving gross margin via product discipline
• AI and automation strategy experience
• Experience working in PE-backed or high-growth environments
