Retail Associate

Thuma is seeking a proactive Retail Associate to join our new team in West Hollywood. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Retail Associate will exhibit an inviting, elevated, confident, and friendly attitude whilst delivering a best-in-class customer experience as part of our West Hollywood store team.

Requirements

• Provide exceptional customer experience
• Maintain the store's visual identity

• Operate all systems seamlessly
• Serve as a Thuma Brand Ambassador
• Build and nurture client relationships
• Support the ecommerce customer experience team
• Step into the cafe when needed
• Support Management on back-of-house operations
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
