Job Description
Thumbtack is seeking a Head of Brand Production Studio to lead a growing team of creative professionals in streamlining brand building, organizing innovative workflow systems, and ensuring a consistently high-quality brand experience. This role involves revamping processes, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering a collaborative team environment across multiple projects and teams.
Requirements
- Manage a team of production designers, video editors, and project managers.
- Lead teamwide operational excellence.
- Drive vision, procurement, and implementation of key creative tooling.
- Lead teamwide project intake and resource management.
- Organize regular reporting on brand team project statuses.
- Identify gaps and support key process/operations visioning.
- Draft and manage project plans.
- Collaborate with other teams (Creative, Production, Brand Management).
