Quality Assurance (QA) - Salesforce (Cleared - Secret)

We’re seeking a QA Specialist who plays a key role in driving the successful delivery of complex Federal Salesforce Public Sector solutions by ensuring the highest standards of platform integrity.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required.
• Active Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-10+ years of IT quality assurance or project management experience, preferably in large-scale Federal environments.
• 3-5+ years of proven experience testing programs that utilize Salesforce Government Cloud Plus, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
• Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities, including the ability to validate autonomous agents within a secure environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in cleared delivery environments.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning, governance, and organizational skills to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Certifications: PMP, CSM, or ISTQB certification preferred.
