Health & Care Programme & Development Manager – Intelligence & Impact

The role is responsible for developing and implementing intelligence-led system redesign and evaluation frameworks across the health and care partnership, as well as improving outcomes for local people through integrated and person-focused solutions.

Requirements

• A good understanding of health and social care.
• Experience of delivering change initiatives and/or system redesign to improve health and care outcomes.
• The ability to and experience of working in partnership with others to develop and deliver change.
