Public Health Development Manager - Ref: SS01126

The Public Health Development Manager will be responsible for managing Walsall's allocation of the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) Local Stop Smoking Services and Support Grant, developing and implementing policy and practice to reduce inequalities across Walsall, and building public health capacity across Walsall whilst targeting support to those in greatest need.

• Leadership and advocacy for health and wellbeing
• Development and implementation of policy and practice to reduce inequalities
• Building public health capacity across Walsall
• Managing budget and coordinating reporting returns
• Extensive experience of working at a strategic level, developing system wide health and wellbeing policy and leading significant and successful external funding programmes
