Requirements
- Experience working in an IT support or service desk role
- Strong troubleshooting ability across hardware, software and networks
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience with Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
- Experience managing devices using Microsoft Intune
- Experience using ticketing or helpdesk systems
- Strong communication skills and a helpful approach to supporting users
