Requirements
- Board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of New York, with an unrestricted license
- Experience in primary and gynecology care and support of all aspects of women's health
- Highly tech-savvy
- Ability to provide primary care services including annual exams, pap smears, hypertension management, etc.
- Authorized to work in the US
