Requirements

• Board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of New York
• Unrestricted license to practice
• Primary care experience including annual exams, hypertension management, and urgent care concerns
• Tech savvy
• Authorized to work in the US
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Formal training in integrative medicine practices
