Global Institutional Intern 2026 - Based in Tokyo

The Global Client Group (GCG) handles Distribution, Consultant Relations, Relationship Management, Product Development, Client Servicing, and Learning & Development. The intern will have the opportunity to understand the distribution team's territory management and sales strategy overview, be involved in product pitches and client review calls, and assist in translating market commentaries and internal materials between English and Japanese.

Requirements

• Academic Background: Undergraduate or graduate student with a strong academic record.
• Client Relationship Management: Interest in building a career in a client-facing role, with some experience in teamwork, extracurricular activities, or part-time work.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Critical Thinking: Interest in financial markets and ability to understand basic business concepts.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
