Job Description
The Individual Financial Consultant (IFC) provides retirement education and advice to clients and prospects, helping individuals navigate product and investment needs. The role is responsible for asset growth, plan advice, referrals, and other goals ensuring a good client experience. A consultant has their series 7, 63, and Health/Life licensing in all 50 states.
Requirements
- Take inbound calls from internal partners and clients to identify product and investment needs
- Determine client needs and create or manage associated opportunities
- Provide advice or educate clients related to investment, product concerns, and retirement planning
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities to ensure clients complete all steps to open and fund an account
- Make referrals to appropriate partners within the organization
