- Partnering with clients to discuss event ticketing build requirements and time frames.
- Delivering accurate event builds.
- Providing timely and concise reporting and insights.
- Building and maintaining events within the Ticketing System.
- Managing ticketing operations on event days.
- Collaborating with internal and external leads to ensure marketing and promotional strategies are implemented ahead of time and fulfilled as planned.
- Innovating and providing value-added services and solutions to Clients that increase ticket sales and build brand and event profile.
