Job Description
The Head of Enterprise Technology is the visionary architect of TEG's Digital Employee Experience (DEX). This role is responsible for leading the transformation of corporate infrastructure and ensuring a seamless, secure, and predictive technology journey for TEG's global workforce.
Requirements
- 7+ years in senior IT leadership with a proven track record of leading service-oriented technology organizations
- Expert ability to use ITSM data to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate IT's value to the business
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Workspace/M365, modern MDM, and Identity providers
- Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven automation or Agentic workflows within a corporate environment
- Experience managing multi-site or global infrastructure, including an understanding of international compliance
- Exceptional ability to translate 'tech-speak' into clear business value for executive stakeholders
