The Head of Enterprise Technology will lead the transformation of Ticketek Entertainment Group's digital employee experience, creating a seamless, secure, and predictive technology journey for their global workforce.
Requirements
- 7+ years in senior IT leadership
- Expert ability to use ITSM data to drive continuous improvement
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Workspace/M365, modern MDM, and Identity providers
- Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven automation or Agentic workflows
- Experience managing multi-site or global infrastructure
- Exceptional ability to translate 'tech-speak' into clear business value for executive stakeholders
