Job Description
The Head of Workplace Technology sets the strategic direction, vision and overall performance of the Workplace Technology function, spanning employee technology experience, internal IT applications, service desk and service delivery.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading Workplace Technology, Digital Workplace or IT Service functions.
- Demonstrated ability to set and govern strategy at scale.
- Experience leading leaders and navigating complex, multi vendor operating models.
- Strong executive level stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- A collaborative, inclusive leadership style aligned to organisational values.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting and cost optimisation.
