The IT Event Administrator will attend events to deliver IT services for clients, venues, and events. They will install and maintain ticketing IT infrastructure, coordinate installations, and provide IT support.
Requirements
- Ensure best-in-class on-site IT support at Ticketek events
- Install points of sale (PCs, BOCA printers, EFTPOS) at venues, client sites, and temporary events
- Administer and maintain ticketing IT infrastructure and access control infrastructure at client venues
- Schedule and carry out preventive maintenance of internal and external client equipment and infrastructure
- Record changes to network or device configuration
- Ensure IT support calls are answered and responded to
