Ticketek Entertainment Group is seeking an Event IT Coordinator to manage the day-to-day management, maintenance, deployment, and support of all event IT systems and equipment. The successful candidate will ensure technology infrastructure is reliable, secure, and ready for both event and business-as-usual operations.
Requirements
- Maintain an asset register for all IT and event technology equipment
- Manage equipment lifecycle planning and conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance
- Provide remote and onsite event system IT support to internal staff and external clients
- Prepare equipment for offices, venues, and agencies
- Support at live events by managing pack-in and pack-out of event IT equipment
- Liaise with the Australian Event IT team
- Provide technical assistance to the Box Office team and Customer Support Managers
- Support the wider team by developing 'how-to' guides and documenting troubleshooting steps
