We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team. As a key member of our Global Performance Marketing Hub, you will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and scaling paid digital campaigns across key acquisition channels.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, PPC, or paid media roles
- Strong practical experience managing campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and/or programmatic DSPs
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns against clear performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, volume, quality)
- Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and analytics (Google Analytics, GTM, dashboards)
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and audience segmentation
