Job Description
Tide is seeking a Business Finance Manager - Loans Against Securities to drive pan-India sales and revenue growth across products such as Loans Against Shares, Loans Against Mutual Funds, ESOP Funding, and Promoter Funding.
Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience in LAS, wealth lending, secured lending, or capital market–linked products.
- Strong track record in sales leadership and high-value deal closures.
- Experience working with HNIs, promoters, startups, and wealth ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of equity, mutual funds, ESOPs, and promoter structures.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and deal-structuring skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
- High ethical standards and risk awareness.
- Ability to lead large, distributed sales teams.
- MBA / Postgraduate degree in Finance, Marketing, or Management preferred.
- Capital market or lending certifications are an advantage.
