Head of Partnerships - Insurance

Tide is looking for a seasoned insurance leader to head their Insurance vertical. The role involves building and scaling insurance distribution across Health, Life, and Affinity products, and leading a high-performing team across field sales, tele-sales, and agency networks.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Proven success in building and scaling sales networks
• Strong relationships with leading insurers and brokers in India
• Deep understanding of insurance products, pricing structures, and regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams across geographies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
