Job Description
Tides Family Services is a nonprofit organization providing comprehensive support to children, adolescents, and families facing various challenges. The Caseworker role focuses on student support and risk involvement, utilizing a rotating schedule of 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, and 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM. The role involves providing home and community supports, collaborating with various partners, and serving as a liaison to the community.
Requirements
- Provide in-home and community strengths-based support.
- Collaborate with a team of caseworkers, behavioral assistants and clinicians.
- Work in accordance with the NASW Code of Ethics.
- Complete clinical documentation in the Agency's Electronic Health Record.
- Attend required program meetings.
- Coordinate activities and resources.
