Your tasks

You will lead the General Consulting Room thanks to your first professional experience independently in the areas where it is necessary You will complement your diagnosis by imaging (e.g. blood tests, X-rays and ultrasound) Depending on your knowledge and experience, you will take on standard and possibly soft tissue operations and dental treatments You will also take on preventive examinations, vaccinations, wound care and counseling for our patients' owners

You have a completed study of veterinary medicine You bring a valid veterinary license (approval) in Germany You have already collected first professional experience in a veterinary practice or a similar institution You show yourself in communication with the team and customers always professionally and open-mindedly and master even emotionally difficult situations with empathy You work actively in a team and bring innovative ideas to advance the practice Your solidity and respectful handling of humans and animals make you a valued team member

About the location

Our practice in Gütersloh is characterized by a warm and family-like working atmosphere. The team consists of several veterinarians and veterinary medical assistants. We tackle the everyday challenges together and pay attention to a collegial handling of each other. Even in stressful situations, we remain a team. Privately, we get along well, and so summer festival, Christmas party and the occasional joint meal are part of our practice culture. Since our practice expansion in 2022, we have been practicing on around 220 sqm. We have a spacious, modern operating room with ultrasound, inhalation anesthesia and anesthesia monitoring, a dental operating room, a separate operating room preparation room and a welcoming waiting area at our disposal. A stress-free stay for our patients is particularly important to us, which is why we have set up various retreat areas in our waiting area to enable a relaxed atmosphere. The purely consulting room in our practice and the fact that participation in night and night shifts is not required at our institution enables our employees to have a flexible and family-friendly work-life balance.
