TigerConnect is seeking a Deal Desk Specialist II to join their Revenue Operations team in Mexico City, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Deal Desk roles, with a proven track record of success in the Enterprise SaaS/B2B industry. The role will involve managing the Business Deal Desk function, reviewing non-standard deals for policy compliance, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and streamline processes.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience with proven success in a Sales Operations or Deal Desk role within the Enterprise SaaS/B2B industry
- Proven success partnering with GTM teams and other cross functional departments
- Experience in Direct and Channel sales models
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ, Docusign, Netsuite, or similar systems CRM and ERP systems
- Incredible attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong business judgment with an ability to identify and independently resolve a variety of moderately complex challenges
- The ability to comprehend, communicate and cohesively organize complex business, technical and legal concepts, information and materials
- Prior demonstration of a strong focus on customer service and a positive internal client experience
