Account Manager Intern (TikTok Shop - Beauty) - 2026 Summer (BS/MS)

As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our strategic initiatives and category growth efforts. Your responsibilities will include managing affiliate projects, collaborating with the Assortment Team, providing support for livestream shopping initiatives, and conducting in-depth data analysis.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in 2026 or a related technical discipline
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop’s Model, with the ability to articulate its benefits to merchants
• Awareness of ByteStyle culture and the broader tech and e-commerce ecosystem
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex concepts
