We are seeking an ambitious Client Solution Manager to join our Central European sales team, Apps and Services vertical. The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping us to achieve our revenue growth targets by ensuring that TikTok remains visible, competitive and innovative in the market.
Requirements
- Achieve vertical growth and hit sales targets: Manage and develop existing portfolio through tailored solutions strategy and media tactics.
- Business Upsell & Growth: Educate partners on new ad products, measurement solutions, and best practices to drive adoption and deepen existing partnerships.
- Build Strong Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for top mobile-app clients, co-managing day-to-day account performance and reporting - ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead product adoption across portfolio: Advocate for best practice application, solution onboarding and test new alphas and betas.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams- Product, Measurement, Ad Ops, Creative - to ensure improvement for product, processes and key partnership relationships.
- Analytical proficiency: Use data and insights to inform and optimize campaign strategies—helping clients translate performance into actionable growth opportunities. Lead test and learn agendas to secure account and business growth.
