The Client Solutions Manager will establish and build scalable, long-term client relationships by solving direct clients' and agencies' challenges through scalable, best in class campaign services. The role requires a focus on client service, ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in client solutions, account management or digital advertising
- Demonstrated experience and hands-on campaign management, across digital platforms and advertising tech products
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for social media
- Detail oriented, data-driven, and analytical mindset with exceptional organisational & project management skills
- Proven track record of planning, executing & optimizing paid media campaigns and managing a complex book of business with revenue goals
