The Client Solutions team builds scalable, long-term partnerships through best-in-class campaign services for direct clients and agencies. In this role, you'll join the Automotive, Travel, and Mobility team with a focus on travel clients, helping top brands craft impactful narratives and drive measurable results.
Requirements
- Act as a product expert, educating clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing) on solutions, best practices, and new features to drive adoption and business growth.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable, data-driven insights that improve advertising outcomes, maximize client revenue, and increase ROI and efficiency.
- Manage and grow local and global client relationships by delivering scaled solutions and supporting strategic product adoption.
- Conduct regular business reviews and adopt a consultative approach to strengthen long-term client partnerships, in close collaboration with Brand Partnership Managers.
- Lead campaign kickoffs and oversee all timelines, asset delivery and optimization opportunities using data-driven analysis.
- Develop compelling sales materials and presentations leveraging market trends, case studies, industry insights, and third-party data.
- Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross functional teams, support the team to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for client partners.
- Liaise with international product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues throughout the campaign lifecycle.
