The Client Solutions Manager will join the Automotive, Travel, and Mobility team to help top brands craft impactful narratives and drive measurable results through scalable, long-term partnerships and best-in-class campaign services.
Requirements
- Act as a product expert, educating clients and agency partners on solutions, best practices, and new features
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable, data-driven insights
- Manage and grow local and global client relationships
- Conduct regular business reviews and adopt a consultative approach to strengthen long-term client partnerships
- Lead campaign kickoffs and oversee all timelines, asset delivery and optimization opportunities
- Develop compelling sales materials and presentations
- Liaise with international product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues
