Client Solutions Manager (Retail) - Global Business Solutions - Hamburg

The Client Solutions team mission is to establish and build scalable, long-term client relationships by solving direct clients' and agencies' challenges through scalable, best in class campaign services. Client Solution Managers have a holistic understanding of TikTok's ad products and are humble, dynamic and open for change.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in client solutions, account management or digital advertising
• Demonstrated experience and hands-on campaign management, across digital platforms and advertising tech products
• Deep understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for social media
• Detail oriented, data-driven, and analytical mindset with exceptional organisational & project management skills
• Proven track record of planning, executing & optimizing paid media campaigns and managing a complex book of business with revenue goals
• Excellent verbal and written English & German communication skills, in order to communicate with clients
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and tasks efficiently and execute at a high level
