The Communications Manager, Global T&S and Technology Communications role sits within the Global Trust & Safety and Technology Communications team, responsible for communicating how TikTok protects its community, particularly teenagers, by complying with global regulations. The role involves creating global announcement materials, monitoring regulatory landscapes, providing communications counsel, and empowering global colleagues with essential communications tools and guidance.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
• 5+ years' experience in external communications
• Experience working for an agency and in-house at a global company
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organisational, project management, and analytical skills
• Press office or crisis communications experience
• Adaptable, proactive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented working style
