TikTok is seeking a Head of Agency Partnerships for their Global Business Solutions team in Berlin, Germany. This role will lead a team responsible for building long-term partnerships with top agencies and brands in the DACH region to drive revenue growth and share-of-wallet. The position involves strategic partnerships, agency enablement, ecosystem development, and leadership of a sales team.
Requirements
- Strong connections and familiarity with DACH agency ecosystem and advertising market
- Demonstrated track record of leading Sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
- 10+ Years of experience in Media, Advertising, ideally with a focus on digital and programmatic sales.
- Business level Fluency in German and English
