The Head of Client Solutions is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving executional excellence across assigned verticals, ensuring high-quality client engagements, operational consistency, and measurable impact on revenue growth.
Requirements
- Client Service Excellence: Passion for delivering outstanding service and building long-term client partnerships with senior marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies.
- Strong track record in performance advertising, with an understanding of scaling challenges and advertiser objectives across several media platforms and 5-7 years media sales expertise.
- Operational & Executional Rigor: Proven ability to drive operational consistency and executional excellence at scale.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights to assess and optimise campaign performance
- Project Management: Skilled in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables. Knowledge of tracking, attribution, and measurement tools (e.g., Pixel, API, MMPs, CLS, BLS, MMM, MTA).
- Leadership & People Management: People management experience with a track record of developing and empowering high-performing teams. Substantial people management experience within ByteDance is mandatory. 2+ years previous leadership experience is a must.
