TikTok Ads Core ML Team seeks talented individuals for a PhD internship in 2026. The internship offers industry exposure and hands-on experience in developing automatic delivery products for advertising. Interns will contribute to research, emerging technologies, and product development, blending hands-on learning with collaboration.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a PhD Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline with 2+ years research or machine learning modeling experience.
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026.
• Solid programming skills, proficient in C/C++ and Python.
• Good analytical thinking capability.
• Essential knowledge and skills in statistics.
• Good theoretical grounding in deep learning concepts and techniques.
• Familiar with architecture and implementation of at least one mainstream machine learning programming framework (TensorFlow/Pytorch/MXNet).
