We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, reach out, and onboard high-potential sellers for TikTok Shop, and later work with these sellers to grow their GMV on our platform.
Requirements
- Proactively conduct outbound prospecting via multi-channel (email, phone, social) outbound campaigns to source and qualify high-potential seller-partners.
- Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs, translating the unique value of TikTok Shop into compelling, tailored propositions for them.
- Assess seller fit to confirm potential partners, ensuring strong platform fit, identifying the seller growth strategies, and clear pathways to GMV growth.
- Support end-to-end seller onboarding, registration, account setup, and activation of new sellers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continued support for onboarded sellers.
