Sanctions Specialist

ByteDance and TikTok are seeking a Sanctions Specialist to join the Global Legal Compliance team. This role focuses on supporting global sanctions compliance programs, including sanctions name screening, KYC, and investigations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of sanctions law, risk assessment, and customer due diligence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. They will play a key role in ensuring compliance with a rapidly growing company and contribute to creating a compliance culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Risk Management, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of sanctions compliance operations.
• Experience with sanctions compliance products and toolings.
• High standard of ethics and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
