TikTok is building its Solutions Engineering team to help clients and partners thrive. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll identify and solve challenges, prioritize client success, and work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. The role involves developing relationships with technical staff, identifying business opportunities, building custom solutions, and influencing product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping production-quality code
• Familiar with one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to collaborate with various sized stakeholder groups internally and externally
• Demonstrated knowledge of API and backend systems design
