Job Description
TikTok is seeking a Solutions Engineer, Ads to join their team and help external clients and partners thrive on the platform. The role involves developing relationships with technical staff, identifying business opportunities, building customized solutions, and influencing product development. The ideal candidate will have experience shipping production-quality code and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience shipping production-quality code.
- Familiar with one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to collaborate with various sized stakeholder groups internally and externally.
- Demonstrated knowledge of API and backend systems design.
