Lead the local search operation team, ensuring high standards & quality of work, and cooperate with cross-functional teams to optimize search strategies and improve users' search experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
- 3+ years experience working on quality management in a major tech or media company
- Recent and minimum 4 years experience as Team Lead/Content Manager/Technical Lead
- Strong people management skills and currently managing large teams with diverse skills
- General knowledge about Search Engineering/Search engines and Search related strategies
- Proficiency in English is required as working language for the role
