Job Description
Join Tilt (formerly Empower) as the Head of Credit for Cashalo, a fintech startup building fast, accessible lending products for underserved communities in the Philippines. Lead a distributed team and drive credit strategy for the region.
Requirements
- Develop new credit policies for Tilt's business in the Philippines
- Collaborate closely with the Data Science team to influence and use models that solve business outcomes
- Build out frameworks, infrastructure, and controls to manage credit programs with high quality
- Work with Tilt's leadership team to build out strategy and growth plans while managing financial outcomes
- Partner with other credit and data science teams operating internationally and in the US to identify transferable learnings, strategies, and synergies and help implement them.
