In Community Program Specialist

Tim Hortons Foundation Camps is seeking an In-Community Program Specialist to support the planning, direction, implementation, and supervision of community programs for youth from underserved communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality program experiences and fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.

Requirements

• University degree and/or college background in Education, Outdoor Experiential Education or related field/similar experience
• 3+ years of experience working with children/youth of various abilities, preferably in an education and/or outdoor/camp setting
• Superior written and oral communication skills with strong time management, project management, and organizational skills across multiple priorities and projects
