Tim Hortons Foundation Camps is seeking an In-Community Program Specialist to support the planning, direction, implementation, and supervision of community programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring participants have a positive, high-quality program experience for long-term impact.
Requirements
- University degree and/or college background in Education, Outdoor Experiential Education or related field/similar experience
- Superior written and oral communication skills with strong time management, project management, and organizational skills across multiple priorities and projects
- 3+ years of experience working with children/youth of various abilities, preferably in an education and/or outdoor/camp setting
- Access to a personal vehicle and licensed with a valid G Class Driver’s License, or equivalent (required)
- Daily travel required within designated geographic area
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule which could include working early mornings, evenings and weekends
