Job Description
The In-Community Program Specialist supports the planning, direction, implementation, and supervision of Tims Camps Community Programs. The role is responsible for ensuring participants have a positive, high quality program experience for long term impact.
Requirements
- University degree and/or college background in Education, Outdoor Experiential Education or related field/similar experience
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- 3+ years of experience working with children/youth of various abilities
- Access to a personal vehicle and licensed with a valid G Class Driver’s License
- Current Standard First Aid/CPR-C certification
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
