Job Description
As a Facilities Associate at Camp Timber-lee, you will perform routine semi-skilled maintenance for camp facilities, ensuring they are safe and clean. You will work with a team to maintain over 100 buildings on a 600+ acre property.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least one year experience
- Able to lift 80 pounds
- Licensed driver able to drive tractors, trucks, mowers
- Experience working with CMMS, landscaping and outside vendors
- Some evenings and weekends required
- Basic understanding of federal, state, and local guidelines for building and grounds of camps (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to perform mixture of indoor and outdoor work
- Able to climb ladders and crawl under buildings
- Able to traverse the multi-terrain campground during all seasons
