Requirements

• Professional and outgoing manner
• 2+ years of culinary experience
• Ability to work hands-on in any kitchen environment related to a three-meal period
• Ability to handle high-volume productions including frying, carving, and steaming of meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, and poultry
• Ability to work at a fryer, broiler, and flat grill
• Ability to prepare, side work, clean, stock, and communicate well with others
• Must have a valid health card
