Requirements

• Professional and outgoing manner
• 2+ years of culinary experience
• Ability to work hands-on in any kitchen environment
• Handle high-volume productions related to meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, and poultry
• Ability to work a fryer, broiler, and flat grill
• Ability to prep, side work, clean, stock, and communicate well
• Must be able to work a fryer, broiler, and flat grill
• Must have a valid health card
