Timken is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to support customer-related activities, including quotes, orders, and customer service. The role requires strong communication skills, administrative skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum 2 years' experience or high school diploma and 5+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office software)
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Epicor
- Ability to work as a member of the company's customer service and engineering teams on various orders
